We came to the community 3 1/2 years ago! It’s a wonderful very clean community to live in! Many friendly people, quiet and if there has ever been a problem that needs fixed Toniann has it take care of ASAP. Toniann is great to help us in anyway we may need! It’s a very nice family community. We enjoy seeing the kids play and riding there bikes and family taking there walks! We have great neighbors that would do anything if you need them! We were pleased as well we could bring our family pet with us when we moved in! We love this place and we are so very thankful for Toniann and all she gives and does for our community!

I would recommend UMH to a friend. The home was clean and maintenance took care of a problem by next business day. The manager was flexible and worked with our moving schedule, and always returned my calls quickly.
