We have a swimming pool, playground, b-ball court and beautiful homes! So many great people reside here and the people employed here are outstanding. A safe community surrounded by shopping, banks, and easy access to highways. I love the diversity of residents ages (young & old). I never want to move!

It is safe. The people here love it here . We have a great little trusting community. We all have each others backs and watch out for our children . What we have as a community at pikewood is very hard to come by these days. And I'm grateful to be a part of it!

Brand new home, quiet community, and reasonable rates

It is a great place to live and everyone at the office is so helpful! Its a beautiful park. Homes are kept up and management is great. They have made some great improvements and with virus they have made sure we are a safe community.

The new model homes that UMH offers are very nice, and affordable, with some great amenities!

The process of moving in was super easy and the property is very affordable and reasonable. The home itself is very nice and the staff that works both with new renters and in maintenance are both very nice and helpful! I’ve already recommended pikewood to multiple people.

The community manager was instrumental in helping me find the perfect home. My mother and sister lived in Pikewood Manor for over 30 years. The transformation has been unbelievable over the past few years. The idea of community living brought me back to the area after living in Cuyahoga County for 40 years. It is always good to be back home!

Pikewood Manor is a beautiful place to live! So many amenities! It's safe to walk your children, or your dog at night. The pool, playground everything is right here for all to enjoy!
