Renee Webb is such an amazing property manager. I’m so glad my husband and I found Perrysburg Estates, we’ve been here almost a year and love watching the community grow

It is a quiet area, people are friendly, neighbors willing to help neighbors and Renee is the best and has a great staff working for her.

It is a quiet community with an awesome manager!! Ever since UMH took over and let Renee take the reigns, this community has done nothing but get better. Renee genuinely cares about her residents and the success of this community. She has no problem doing what is needed to get things accomplished. We were promised a lot of things in this community for a long time and it would never happen. Now Renee has this community growing and thriving and I know it is because of her dedication to making this community great that the good things are coming. Even through this worldwide crisis she has continuously shown us that she cares about this community. We absolutely love having Renee as our park manager and know that things will only continue to get better from here!!

It is so nice to see someone who wants to improve this property. I have lived here for years and until UMH took over management, I wanted to leave. Since Renee has been here as manager the place has really gotten so much better. She is doing an awesome job! If you have a complaint or issue you can go talk to her about it and she will address it. She has taken control and is doing great. It just looks so much better driving home and seeing how much nicer the community looks. Thank yu very much! Keep up the good work!

I love this community because I have a brand new double-wide home! It is very nice and I am proud of it. The people here are very friendly/. The management for this community are very friendly and they reply quickly to your needs. It is a great place to live.

Whenever I need anything, such as my tree trimmed along with other things I ask Renee and she is always very nice and helpful. She has done a fantastic job for this community!

Renee and Leann are exceptional with their information and knowledge. The staff made us feel welcome and answered every question or doubt we had. They went above and beyond to get us all of the details we needed on our new home. The community is very quiet and clean.

Community seems safe and up to date for the most part. Management is wonderful and is always there anytime we have questions or issues.
