Our community office manager has unbelievable knowledge of dealing and handling situations. She is very friendly, polite and courteous which you do not see of very often. Thus far she has handled all my transactions and concerns with great detail. Thank you for hiring such a great and knowledgeable person. Jeff and his maintenance crew know all the right answers. He is super intelligent and very respectful. I believe this community will grow big and be strong for many years to come thank you.

Affordable living!

I have been living at Arbor Estates since 2016. I love living here! The Management and Maintenance staff is always so friendly. Our community is well maintained and its a quiet, safe place to live. My grandkids love the playground!

We are so appreciative of our new manager. Nikki and Jody are working hard to make sure rules are followed and everyone feels safe in our community. Mike and G are doing so great cleaning up. 2025 is going to be great here at ARBOR ESTATES!

We’ve lived here just over two years. We love the location and our neighborhood. We recently had a problem with our heating company. I contacted the office after being left with no heat for almost a week in these cold temperatures and the property manager Nicole Brown helped us tremendously with the issue! In just one day we were with a new company and had everything up and running in our home thanks to the help of the office staff! The onsite maintenance staff is wonderful as well. These guys deserve recognition for their work and kindness within the community. We have 2 special needs children and we have been treated with so much compassion within the community and school district, we are grateful.
